To view and retain a copy of this disclosure or any information regarding your enrollment, you will need (i) a device (such as a computer or mobile phone) with a web browser and Internet access and (ii) either a printer or storage space on such device. For a free paper copy or to update your contact information, email Fash support with your contact details and delivery address.

2. Enrollment & Eligibility in Fash Text Messages

To start receiving text messages from Fash, you need to register on our website. By completing the enrollment process, you are agreeing to comply with these SMS Terms, Fash's Terms of Use, and Fash's Privacy Policy.

By opting in for Fash text messages, you acknowledge that Fash or its representatives may utilize automated or non-automated technology to send you informational and/or promotional text messages. The specific content of these text messages will depend on the SMS campaign(s) you have chosen to participate in. It's important to note that receiving Fash text messages is entirely optional and not a prerequisite for purchasing any property, goods, or services from Fash.

3. Costs of Receiving Fash Text Messages

Once you opt in, you will receive an initial message confirming your successful enrollment in our text message program. Subsequently, you can expect to receive recurring text messages from us.
