Your notifications are extremely important. Each time you have a new request, a customer views or replies to one of your quotes, or something important is happening with your account, we will send you a notification. You can manage your notifications from your the Settings page of your account, any time.
There are two types of notifications that we send; Email and Text Message. The majority of the notifications we send are time sensitive, so we recommend using text notifications. If you are like a lot of people, you are always on the go, so getting notifications via text message ensures you are aware of the notification immediately and that you can follow up with the notifications right from your mobile device.
To start receiving Text Message notifications simply use your cell phone number as the Business number on your profile and check your Settings page to to make sure Text Messages are toggled on. You will know they are toggled on when the switch is blue. See image.
